For our second American night, we thought we'd branch out a bit and try a triple grain challenge - corn, rye and wheat!

Sitting in orchard in Rivendell, playing an old fiddle, sipping on rumtopf, sweet smell of honey ad fruits wdrifting through the air. What is that… ah no! I’m sat on an ant-hill! Errrghhhh what’s that….. I just stood in some bison dung.

So sweet and floral, pine resin, straw, coffee, chilli, aniseed, ginger. No corn. Shame about that. Give it to your Grand-daddy.

Thick like custard. Lovely cinnamon, cardamom, vanilla custard on rhubarb crumble. Or maybe it’s actually like arse hair in a car mechanic’s workshop. Can’t decide.

~£26 (70cl)
