For our second American night, we thought we'd branch out a bit and try a triple grain challenge - corn, rye and wheat!

Smells

Sitting in orchard in Rivendell, playing an old fiddle, sipping on rumtopf, sweet smell of honey ad fruits wdrifting through the air. What is thatâ€¦ ah no! Iâ€™m sat on an ant-hill! Errrghhhh whatâ€™s thatâ€¦.. I just stood in some bison dung.

Tastes

So sweet and floral, pine resin, straw, coffee, chilli, aniseed, ginger. No corn. Shame about that. Give it to your Grand-daddy.

I don't really know what rye looks like.. is this it? Hope so.

Finish & Comments

Thick like custard. Lovely cinnamon, cardamom, vanilla custard on rhubarb crumble. Or maybe itâ€™s actually like arse hair in a car mechanicâ€™s workshop. Canâ€™t decide.
