We took ourselves down to the local distillery, Glenkinchie, for an extended tour and warehouse tasting. We also took an older bottle along to sample on the walk there and back.. reviews were a little sparse due to quantity and time ;)

Citrus. Rubber. Freesias. Slight youth, surprisingly. Buttery and slightly sweet.

Tang. Menthol (mental). Playdoh. Toasted oak, one of the toastiest sherry flavours I've experienced. Rich fruits - raisins...bit chewy.

Long. Really smooth.

Amazing toasty taste. A pretty stunning lowland. This is lovely.
