Meet #78 | 13/08/16 | Hosted by Whisky Fringe
It was Whisky Fringe 2016 and 19 of us went along together! We went outside about 90 minutes in to review a few whiskies as a group - it didn't go perfectly to plan, but we ended up with 3 reviews!

The only nose we recorded was "not much of a nose", so I guess this didn't have much of a nose. Feel like there was a lack of the typical corny-graininess (in a good way), but can't be 100% sure!

This went down a treat with everyone - tastes ranged from "Oopphhhhhttttttt" to "very, very intresting". There were loads of flavours going on, with a sort of limey Metaxa vibe in the background. It also tasted like summer - a citrusy fruit punch with a bit of sherbert.

We literally said nothing on the finish, so just imagine something witty and informative. It certainly didn't put anyone off at the end, put it that way.

At this point, one reviewer could no longer taste, apparently.
